It's time for a new challenge ar Make the Cards Challenge. This week we want to see halloween/Witch cards or projects
To create this card I started with a top folding white card base, a white panel for the image and a few strips of colored cardstock. I stamped the cute little witch by MFT Stamps, colored her using GraphIt markers and then cut her out using the coordinating die. I added the strips across the card at an angle and then popped her up over them.
