Picket Fence Studios Release Day

It's release day at Picket Fence studios and we have lots of fun new products.
First up for my sample, I used two of the five butterfly stencils that were released today. We also have ombre' paper glaze that I used on this sample as well.
To create this card I started with a white slimline card base and a purple panel cut to the same size.
I placed the Soar and the Zing butterfly stencils down on a panel of white heavystock and ink blended some Peacock Feather distress ink over them. Next I  masked off the parts around the butterflies and used the new Ombre' Paper Glaze in the Sunset Purples.
To finish the card I added some of the new Jewel of the Nile sequin mix and the Happy Birthday word die.

My second card also uses the new Ombre' Paper Glazes but in the Sky Blues, aren't they gorgeous!?
To create this card I placed the Slimline Waves down on a light blue panel of cardstock and the spread the Sky Blues paper glaze over it. For the focal point I used the new Mermaid SLDCS insert cut out of holographic paper.
To finish the card I added the greeting from the Fancy Daily Sentiments and cut it out with the Coordinating Die.

My last sample for today was so fun to create, for this card I used the new Dream With Me Cover Plate
I cut out the die with white  distress Heavystock and then used distress inks to create a galaxy sky. I also cut out the moon with holographic paper and added it back in the negative space.
I created a cloudy background by using the Slimline Cloud Coverage stencil. To finish the card I colored the girl with alcohol markers and added a sentiment from the Fancy Daily Sentiments cut out with the Coordinating die.  I absolutely love this die! I used it for a slimline card but it can also be used on an A2 card.
