It's time for a new challenge at Make The Cards Challenge. This week is a two things challenge, use a stenciled background along with a die cut sentiment.

To create my card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel for the stenciled background. I used the Split Butterfly stencil by A Colorful Life designs and ink blended a rainbow of color.
