Happy Friyay!Today I am sharing card that uses another April release set, Wild Daisies. I made this one for my friend and teammate, Michelle because she loved blue and not just any blue but Michelle blue which I think I colored this one in that blue.I apologize for only having one photo but I forgot to take more before I mailed it off to her.
To create this card I used a technique that I learned in one of Kathy Racoosins class. I started with a white card base. I placed the stamp in the Original Misti which is a must have to do this particular technique. You have to overstamp at the end of the technique so you want to leave your stamp in the Misti.I stamped the image in Prickly Pear ink and then colored the entire panel except for the image with Copic markers in B28 and B69 after I colored it all in then I used some blender on a small piece of terry cloth and dabbed it over the colored background for texture.I placed my panel back in the Misti and then overstamped with embossing ink and then embossed with gold powder.
