To create this card, I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I used the Hands stencil to create an embossed panel. To do that I placed a tan embossing mat, then my panel, then the stencil and then placed the embossing late on top and ran it through the die cutting machine.
Here's a close up because it was hard to see in the first photograph.
To finish the card I created a rainbow background on a strip of paper and then added the greeting. By adding the bright colors it qualifies for the challenge.
