Merry Christmas Eve, Eve

Can y'all believe it's Christmas Eve, Eve? This has been the fastest slowest year ever!
I am up on the Picket Fence Studios blog today sharing one of my absolute favorite Christmas stamps, Christmas Poinsettia Star

I love this large poinsettia image. It's so versatile as to how you can color it or you don't even have to color it. It's gorgeous when embossed in gold, makes such an elegant  Christmas card.

To create this card I chose to use the Watercolor Wednesday Challenge at Splitcoaststampers last week, watercolor resist technique. I stamped the image in embossing ink and embossed it with white embossing powder and then added some  Infusions watercolor powder by Paper Artsy and spritzed with water.

To finish the card I added a sentiment from the Fancy Christmas Greetings set  that is embossed with Metalline Himalayan Musk by WOW  and cut it out with the Coordinating Die
