Welcome to Day 6 of my valentines series
I am up on the Picket Fence Studios blog today with this valentines day card using one of the January release stamps, A Little Love Note. This stamp is so versatile and can also be used for anniversaries, birthdays, anytime of the year you want to let someone know you love them. And those three mice, how adorable are they!?
To create this card I started with a top folding card base and a panel of watercolor paper. I created a watercolor wash using Peacock Blue and Goddess Green Atelier ink and added some splatter for the background. Next on another piece of watercolor paper I stamped the image using Fadeout ink for no line watercoloring also using the Atelier inks by Ink on 3 along with a few Daniel Smith watercolors. To finish the card, I cut out the image with the coordinating die and attached it to the front panel using foam tape.
