Christmas Lights



I am up on the Technique Junkies Design blog with this card for our 30 days of Christmas event.

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base and a panel of bristol card stock. I stamped the Christmas Lights with embossing ink and then embossed it with white powder.  Next I colored the lights using Copic markers and placed Crystalline drops over each one, after they were dry I created the background so that they would resist the ink.
