Hello and welcome to Joy Clair's 5th birthday celebration and new release bloghop with Joy Clair Stamps. We have six new sets added to our everyday line and three new sets to our Color by Faith line.
We have 10 guest designers joining us for this special bloghop and there will be two $25 gift cards given away, so be sure to leave comments on all the participating blogs. You have until Monday Sept. 2nd 11:59 PM EST. to do so.
You should have arrived here from one of our guest designers Kassandra's blog.
Now for the deets on my two samples.
My first sample uses a new set to the Color By Faith line, Gather Together. I stamped the church image and masked it off to create the background by stamping the trees from the Merry Christmoose set in Christmas Pine ink and then using Life Changing Blender Brushes with Blue Denim and In the Navy inks for the sky. I used a white gel pen to add some snow to the trees and some white glitter paste for the snow on the ground. To finish the card I stamped the greeting, also from the Merry Christmoose set and embossed it in white.
To me this little white chapel in the snow is definitely Christmas.
For my second sample I used an everyday set, Mermaid at Heart. I stamped the mermaid tail and masked it off and then created the background using a mermaid scale stencil. I removed the mask and colored it using Copic markers. I added some clear glitter Nuvo drops to add some sparkle to the tail.
your next stop is Cornelia another one of our special guest designers.
