Pricking Break

It's Monday and it feels like Monday but sometimes we have Fridays that feel like Mondays, but never a Monday that feels like a Friday right? 

I have a couple friends that it has probably seemed like a Monday for over a year. They just need a pricking break so this card a created for and sent to them.

To create this card I started with a top folding white card base, a Black Onyx panel and a layering white panel.

The set I used is, A Pricking Break by Picket Fence Studios. It is such a cute set and fun to color! Using the MISTI, I stamped the image, colored it using Copic markers and then cut it out with the coordinating Pricking Break Die. 

I paired it up with the Peacock Mandala Stencil in which I blended some Gina K Designs inks in Key Lime and Lucky Clover using the Life Changing Blending Brushes. 

To finish the card I stamped the greeting on a strip of Back Onyx with Gina K embossing ink and embossed it using white powder and then cut it down using the Cut-Align and popped it up over the cacti
