Congratulations to the winner from the last challenge and I hope you will play along with us, our code word is...
To make my card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut down with a scalloped die and a piece of watercolor paper.
I stamped the image from the Creative Worship Stop, Drop & Pray single stamp with Versamark Ink and embossed it in white. To create the background I blended distress oxide inks in Faded jeans, Salty Ocean and Broken China from dark to light to achieve the ombre' look and the spritzed it with water. To finish the card I added the ombre' panel onto the scalloped panel and then onto the card base.
I love that you used different blue inks for your ombre' look instead of just going light to dark with one color, Ceal. It's a great look and shows off that wonderful sentiment beautifully.
Oh this is soo beautiful!
