For my card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut down with a stitched die. I used a Tim Holtz stencil to create my background and the Treble Cleft Fri-Die by CAS-ual Fridays Stamps. The greeting is also by CAS-ual Fridays Stamps from the Love Notes set. They have a great Music Collection.
I'm happy to meet up with you again, Ceal. This is a wonderful card, and a great interpretation of the code word. Love your background and bold die cut on top of it.
