Hi there and welcome to the Sweet 'n Sassy Christmas in July blog hop!
The set I used is one of my favorite Christmas sets in our Line, We Three Kings.
I love the silhouette image and the sentiments are wonderful as well.
I created two cards with different techniques for the background. For the above card I used Dr. Martin's hydras watercolors to create a watercolor wash. I embossed the star in gold and added a frame around the scene.
For the bottom card, which I am not very happy with I tried a new to me technique, also using watercolors to create a "universe" background. I embossed the star and sentiment in white.
You will be able to find all the team participant blogs at the end of this post. Simply click on their name and it will take you to their blog. The list will be on each person's blog so no need to hit the back button. Just look for the next blog in the line-up and off you go.
Please be sure to leave each team member so livelong the way. We will be drawing a winner from all of the blog comments and that person will receive a FREE Christmas stamp set (In Stock) of their choosing from our line!
Oh and one more thing, Christmas stamps will be 15% off through the weekend so you can start your Christmas card making early, just use code CMASJULY at the checkout.
