Sparkle

Happy Saturday!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend, the hubs is home for a long weekend so we are in the mountains, for my favorite time of year. It's time for another challenge at Addicted To CAS  and our code word is Sparkle. Even though it is fall, winter is not far away. In Colorado we only have about a month of Fall and then the snow comes. With our code word being sparkle my mind immediately went to the glistening snow.
To make my card I used a set from the Holiday Mini,  Flurry of Wishes. I started with a Very Vanilla card base and stamped the snowflakes in versa mark and then embossed with Ranger gold embossing Tinsel because it has more sparkle than regular gold that the greeting was stamped in. I added some washi tape down the sides which I could not get to stop reflecting my flash.

  5. Gorgeous double-layered snowflake, Ceal! Love this design with the cream and gold --- so elegant and sophisticated. I also find metallic gold to be one of the hardest to photograph ... I think you did a great job! xx
