Things That Fly


Today's card share is similar to one I made a while back, this time I used distress inks to watercolor the butterfly and embossed the sentiment in gold. I also used a technique from the online card class I am taking Inlaid die cutting, it's simply putting the die back in the negative space you created when you cut it out. 
This is for Day 14 of the 30 days of coloring challenge at The Daily Marker 

I am also entering this one, at last minute I may add in the "Things That Fly" challenge at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge.

    Beautiful card, love the inlaid butterfly with the colours behind and can see a bit of pattern as well. Not sure if its the paper but it looks beautiful.
