Layers of Snow

Have you found yourself wishing you had placed an image in a different spot because now the greeting you had picked out wont fit and you do not want to remake the background. This happened with this card but no fear, problem solved with a little masking.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I created a background by masking off the bottom portion of the panel and then ink blending a little Wilted Violet and Savaged Patina distress inks.  

I stamped the bear from the Aprez Ski, colored him and cut him out with the coordinating die along with two additional ones for more dimension. 

I had a different sentiment picked out but because of where I placed the bear it would no longer work so, I used a sentiment from the A Tall Celebration set and made it work by masking off portions of the sentiment and adding the word snow at the end. 

Before I added the greeting and placed the bear, I spritzed the background with Beluga Solar Spray.
