To make my card I started with a panel of cardstock cut to 5.5 X 8.5. Using the center step die I created the base. I used some of the new patterned paper for the background panels.
I stamped the bicycle from the Bike Bouquet set, colored it using OLO markers and then cut it out with the coordinating die. The sentiment is from the same set.
