Sweet Friend

Today I am sharing a card using some products from The Rabbit Hole Designs for a sweet card to send to a friend. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a panel of White Heavystock for the background. 

To create the background, I used some distress inks and the smooshing technique. Next I used a hot foil plate and some rose gold foil and then used a piece of tape to remove some of the foil so it would be distressed. 

I stamped the cupcake on a seperate piece of cardstock, colored it using OLO markers and cut it out with the coordinating die. I used a circle die and cut a circle out of the background panel before adhering it to the card base. I added foam tape to the cupcake and placed it inside the circle.

To finish the card, I embossed a greeting on a black strip and added it to the card.
