Project: Card with ribbon - Ribbon holding balloons 

Colors:  Circus - I consider circus colors to be bright

Element: September - My daughters birthday is in September

Random: Hand Cut - I fussy cut the sentiment after I embossed it 

To make this card I started with a white top folding A2 card base, a black panel and a white panel. I used a hot foil plate for the background and balloons. I hand cut string to add to the balloons and embossed the word birthday and then fussy cut it out.
