This is our first year to be a part of Stamptember at Simon Says Stamp and this set is a must have for your birthday card making.
To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel cut to the same size. I used a stencil to create the background in rainbow colors. I stamped the images on a seperate piece of cardstock, colored them using OLO markers and then fussy cut them out (There are matching dies but I do not have them).
I added the cake image popped up and stamped the banner image on the panel and then paper pieced the colored flags on it. To finish the card, I added the sentiment from the set.
