Today's card is brought to you by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I am using a set from the June release.
To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel for the background.
I created the background by using the Waves Layering Stencils and some Simon Says Stamps inks, then I fussy cut the top.
I stamped the whale on a seperate piece of cardstock in gray, cut him out with the coordinating die and then tucked his tale in the waves.
To finish the card, I added a greeting from the same set.
