Well it isn't my birthday any longer as March was my birthday month but I have a few family members with April birthdays so a birthday card comes in handy.
To make this card I started with a white top folding card base, a black panel and a white panel to create the rainbow background.
For the background I used the Overlapping Circles stencil and a rainbow of colors.
