Paper Toile

For today's card I am using oe of the new release sets, Meaningful Meerkat from The Rabbit Hole Designs.  

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I used the paper toile technique on the image. This is a little time consuming but it gives it so much dimension.

To do his technique I stamped the image several times and colored each of them. I also stamped the image directly on the panel before I ran it through the die cutting machine with the border die.  I colored a fill image cut it out with the coordinating die and adhered it to the one I stamped directly on the panel. 

I colored another image and cut out the flower pot and glued it down, next i cut out only the ribbon and popped it on top of the one I just glued down. 

For the flowers I colored several mages and cut them out individually glusing some straight down and popping others up. 

You can see the dimension it gives you a little more in the above photo.
