To make this card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I created the background by using a stencil (sneak peek) and some distress inks. I stamped the Blooming Heart on a seperate piece of white cardstock, colored it using OLO markers and then cut it out with the coordinating die. I also cut the heart twice more and layered the pieces to give it more dimension.
To finish the card I added some stickles to the flower centers and gold spritz that is hard to see in the photo.
