Valentines Inspiration Day 3

Welcome to day 3 of my little 14 day series of Valentine Inspiration. 

Today's card uses products by Waffle Flower and Reverse Confetti. Unfortunately Reverse Confetti has closed shop but that doesn't make me stop loving their products.

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base, a panel that uses nail polish technique that was in my stash and a white panel. 

I cut out the "love" from white cardstock and the heart from red cardstock. I also used the other white panel to cut out the heart cover plate.  The panel underneath uses a nail polish technique. 

For the nail polish technique, you start with a pan of water and drop different colors of nail polish into it and swirl it around with a toothpick. Then with a panel of water friendly paper, you lay the paper in the water and then remove. The nail polish will stick to the paper in a super cool pattern.
