Staying Crafty with Autumn Leaves

Today I have another card for our Stay Crafty challenge at A Blog Named Hero. 

I am not normally make a mixed media card but when I saw Libby from Hero Arts use this Hero Wax with the Brick Wall stencil, I couldn't help but use it with these leaf dies.

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base, a white panel and a panel of watercolor paper. I created a background for the leaves using the Hero Wax and the Brick Wall stencil.

I cut the Autumn Leaves using watercolor paper and then colored then with Hero Arts liquid watercolors. 

To finish the card I arranged the die cuts around the background and then I cut the "thanks" out of Pitch Black cardstock and added to the center leaf.
