Hello and Happy Wednesday!
I am back for a second post today sharing a card using Hero Arts products for the Stay Crafty Challenge at A Blog Named Hero.
Our challenge for this month is to use your scraps and if you are wondering where my scraps are?, It is the flower vase, It comes from a left over scrap from the January MMH kit. The January kit is also still available and its a great one if you want to grab it before it sells out.
To create this card I started with a top folding white card base, a white panel and additional white cardstock for the floral image.
I stamped the tulips from Tulip Bouquet on a piece of white cardstock, used the stencil to color them and the coordinating die to cut them out. I did a little ink blending on the panel to create a background for the vase of flowers.
For the vase I used the Keyhole from the cover plate that is a art of the January MMH kit and used the Daisy Mosaic stencil to give it texture. I used a stylus tool to give it curvature and give it a more realistic feel and foam tape to add it to the front of the card.
