Soar

Today's card is a twofer, the CAS challenge and a DTGD challenge even though the time is up to be eligible for prizes doesn't mean you can't still play along if you are a fan club member.
To create my card I used a stencil and some Paper Glitz, both by Picket fence Studios. First I sprayed the stencil with Pixie Spray and then laid it over a piece of bristol and added the Paper Glitz. After it dried I placed the stencil back over it and ink blended some Prize Ribbon for the background.
