Happy Little Stampers Christmas

It's time for the June Christmas challenge at Happy Little Stampers, as always it is anything goes but there is always a twist and the twist is Tinsel.

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel.

I used a stencil by Simon Says Stamp for the background and a die cut by Gina Marie designs using glitter paper to depict tinsel.
