Merry Christmoose

I am up on the Dare 2B Artzy blog today with another guest design post featuring the Christmoose set

This set is the cutest!  Having lived in Colorado I miss seeing the moose when we went to the Rocky Mountain National Park on the weekends.  In the mountains where we currently live we have elk but not moose.

Even though Christmas is over, I made this card for my Son in Law who loves pun and I thought that I would share it with you.  I decided to do a slimline card so all the colors of the rainbow moose would fit. This card measures 4 X 8.5 and fits inside a #10 envelope so there is no extra postage.

To create this card I started with a slimline base  (measurements above) and a white panel measuring 3.5 X 8.5 and ink blended the background again masking off the bottom for snow as I did in my last card, HERE. I stamped out six moose and colored them using Copic markers.
Next using the Coordinating dies I cut them all out and popped them up on the front of the card in rainbow order. To finish the card I added a very thin strip of cardstock to the bottom of the panel and then stamped the sentiment also from the Christmoose set.
