Hang In There

Today's card is for the CAS challenge at Splitcoaststampers of What's Up. Did you know that Splitcoaststampers has a challenge every day of the week? If you are a CAS stamper or Mixed Media there is something for you. It's a great place to meet new friends. 
To create this card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I used the Layers of Clouds stencil by Picket Fence Studios for the background using Hero Arts ink and the Life Changing Blender Brushes. I created the kite by using the dies from the Kite Builder dies and patterned paper by Sunny Studios. The greeting is from the Kite Strings stamp set.  To make the little bows I ink blended some Hero Arts reactive ink in Pool Party and Lime Fizz and then used the die cut to cut them out.
