Birthdays are next

I can't believe Christ has come and gone and now it is time to stock up on birthday cards.

To create the card I started with a white top folding card base, a panel of black onyx for the mat, and a couple panels of watercolor paper for the image and background. 

I stamped the Textured Newsprint on the one of the watercolor paper panels and then spritzed it with Dolphin Cove Shimmering Bliss. Next I stamped the Single Sunflower on the other panel of watercolor paper and then stamped the Textured Newsprint on top and colored it using Copic markers. I fussy cut it out and added it to the front of the card and to finish it up I added a birthday greeting.
