Now for the deets on my cards, the first card I used three different sets. I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. Using the Original MISTI I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Word Art set using Gina K Designs embossing ink and embossed in Rose Gold powder. I stamped the branch from the Christmas Pine set in Christmas Pine ink by Gina K Designs around the outer edge of the card and then I also went around the outer edge using Key Lime ink and the Life Changing Blending Brushes by Picket Fence Studios. I felt as if needed a little something more so I used the holly from the Christmas Silhouettes set and embossed it also in rose gold around the outer edge as well. It was really hard to photograph this card to show its true beauty with the embossing.
The second card uses one of my favorite Christmas sets, Crazy for Snowmen because I am crazy for snowmen and anything snow. have a 9' tree dedicated to nothing but snow/snowmen and it has over 400 ornaments on it so you can say I have a thing for snowmen.
To create this card I started with a top folding white card base and a couple of white panels. On one of the panels I used a snowflake stencil (not sure the company because its not marked) along with Gina K Designs ink and of course the Life Changing Blending Brushes by Picket Fence Studios.
Using the Mini MISTI, I stamped the snowman on another white pane and colored it using Copic markers. Next using that same stencil I placed it over the snowman and then used some of the Gina K Designs Glitz Glitter Gel, this stuff is amazing! It goes on like butter and is so easy to clean up. I should have done this next step earlier so don't do like me, I decided that I wanted to cut out the snowman with a die stead of just trimming it, so even with the glitter gel on it I ran it through the Gemini Jr using the stitched oval die by Gina K Designs and popped it in the center of the snowflake panel with foam tape.
