Welcome to our April Release Hop!
We're so excited about the new stamps available in the shop this month and can't wait to share the projects we've been working on with you! Hop along to the blogs linked below for all sorts of papercrafting inspiration with the April stamps. Leave a little comment love on each stop along the way for a chance to win a $10 gift voucher to the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps shop. Winner will be announced on the SNSS blog, Tuesday, April 23.The set I am featuring is Walk Humbly, illustrated by Colleen Gaddie which happens to be her first. I love this set, it is a great set not only for bible journaling but also for card making.
For my first card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel or the front. I stamped the image and then stamped her again on some patterned paper and then cut out her dress. I colored her using Copic Markers and used a cross stencil, Life Changing Blending Brushes and Gina K inks for the background behind the sentiments.

ReplyDeleteYour first card has the wonderful words from Micah 6:8 and you made a great layout for it. I also like your second card. I started singing the old song "O Happy Day" as soon as I saw it. :) Both cards are encouraging and very well-done! (Your paper piecing is incredible!)
