MISTI meets Gina K Collaboration Hop

There will be two winners drawn from the commenters, one will win a MISTI of there choice Original or Mini and the other will win the soon to be released Mini kit from Gina K Designs Stitched Leaves. The deadline for commenting is noon central September 5th and the winners will be posted on both the My Sweet Petunia page and the Gina K Designs page.


We got to play with the August release Boho Flowers mini kit.  This is the first kit I have received from Gina K and you really get the bang for your buck, the kit even includes envelopes and adhesive.



To make my card I started with a Black Onyx top folding note card and a white panel cut down with a stitched die.  For the background I used the Rounded Swirl Stencil and Ocean Mist ink. Using the Mini MISTI I stamped the images with Versamark ink and then heat embossed them in white, next I sponged them with Gina K ink in Jelly Bean, Passionate Pink, Sweet Mango and Wild Dandelion and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I stamped the greeting in Verafine Onyx Black and then used the Large You die to cut out the word you.  To finish the card I added some clear sequins.
