Only One Layer

This week our challenge at Sentimental Sundays is to make a project with One Layer. This may be easy for some of you, but for the ones like me who love to layer it may be a little challenging.

    Beautiful card, Ceal! The sparkly flowers have such a fun, summery feel to them. I always have a hard time not layering, but will have to give this one a try. :-)
