Stampin Sisters In Christ In The Shabby Tea Room

I have been wanting to play along with two challenges this week Stampin Sisters In Christ and The Shabby Tea Room where they both have hearts as a challenge. I was waiting on my Bloomers (saw these on my friends blog, thanks Bonnie)  to arrive because I had this card in mind. They came today and I got to play before the challenges were over.  Woo Hoo!

    Oh Ceal its so pretty, I like the crossed hearts on it and that ribbon. So glad to see you play along. How are things in Arkansas? I bet the weather is getting pretty warm!
