Cupcake Challenge 21

Wow I can't believe we are at 21 already. The challenge this week is GLITTER! For my card I used a Tilda image that was RAK'd to me and colored her with my copics and used Glitter on the hearts she is carrying. The sentiment is from CTMH "Say It In Style.
