Today starts my most favorite week of the year!
The Dirty Dozen and the Dirty Dozen Alumni AKA the Dirty Girls host a week chocked full of challenges at Splitcoaststampers and when I say full I mean at least five each day for a week. There are 41 challenges and don't let that scare you because none of them are super complicated.
These challenges are only for fan club members so if you are not a fan club member be sure to join because there are so many fabulous prizes!
Now for the deets on my cards, I can't tell you what the challenges are but I can tell you how I created them.
The first one is for Lori's challenge so I used her new kit that she has at Taylored Expressions. Y'all this kit is beautiful and I am so in love with these gorgeous floral images. I watercolored them using Daniel Smith watercolors and when I say them it's because I painted more then one ( they are so fun I could't put my brush down) but only used one on my card. These are images from Lori's sketchbook. The background stamp I used on my card is also in the Field Notes Kit. The Field Notes Kit is sold out and you can probably see why.
My second card uses the Large Florals: Rose stamp set by The Ton. This set is a group layering set which means you stamp it all at one and cut it out with the coordinating die cut all at once, genius! The greeting is also a group layering set, Easy Expressions Birthday and has a coordinating die as well that cuts it out al at once. I added a cover plate by Altenew to give it more dimension.
