Technique Junkies

I am up on the Technique Junkies design blog today with this card. Summer is here already can you believe it?

To create my card I started with a top folding white card base.  I stamped the turtle image, colored it using Copic markers and masked it off to create a background that looks like water ripples, I did that by using a stencil and the blending brushes.
