Freshly Made Sketches #372

Welcome to day 9 of my series 14 days of Valentines inspiration

Today's card is just in the nick of time to play along with the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches
To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut down a quarter on an inch smaller. I used purple tape to mask off a strip on the panel and then inked up the Hearts Entwined set by My Favorite things with Versamark ink and embossed with white powder.
Next I used the Life Changing Blender Brushes by Picket Fence Studios to blend the Passionate Pink ink by Gina K over the embossed image. I removed the tape and used the MISTI by My Sweet Petunia to stamp the greeting that is from the Rainbows & Unicorns by My Favorite Things and to finish the card added the arrow diecut also by My Favorite Things.

The Rabbit Hole Designs

Welcome to Day 8 of my series 14 days of Valentines inspiration.

Today's card uses a set from a brand new company Rabbit Hole Designs and when I saw this cute set "Love You More" I just had to own it.
Isn't this couple just the sweetest?
To create my card I started with a top folding card base and a white panel cut the same size as the base. I used a stitched heart die cut to cut a heart out of the center and then a stencil to create the background around the negative space. I stamped the couple image on the heart that I cut out and colored it using Copic markers and then placed it back in the negative space and stamped the greeting along the side.

Snail Mail

Welcome to Day 6 of my series 14 days of Valentines inspiration.

Today's card uses a stamp by a company new to me. I met Emily (pops of paper) and she gifted me this cute set that hasn't been released yet, so you're getting a sneak peek. Because of the hearts I thought that I would make a card and add it to my series.
The other supplies I used are an embossing folder by Stampin Up and a postage die by Simon Says Stamp.

Love and a Cookie

Welcome to day 4 of my series 14 days of Valentines inspiration. Today's card features a cute set Cookie or Donut by Picket Fence Studios.

I have been at Creativation and yesterday was the last day of the show so I am headed to a friends to finish up the week and then head home. I will try to keep up but my posts may run a little late until I get back home and settled.

To create my card I started with a top folding card base and a panel cut down a quarter of an inch smaller. I stamped the cookies with Ink on 3's fade out ink for no line coloring and then colored it using Copic markers.

New Product Alert

Hello and welcome to day 2 of my series 14 Days of Valentines inspiration. Todays card uses a new release set by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps and a new product by My Sweet Petunia. I have been at Creativation (cha) for the past week and have had so much fun seeing lots of my crafty friends and seeing all the new product.

To create my card I used a new product from My Sweet Petunia, the Cut-Align.
This product allowed me to cut out the window of this card with a breeze. I don't normally use a craft knife because of cutting my fingers. you can watch THIS VIDEO to see how it works, it's amazing!

I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut down a quarter of an inch smaller. I stamped the candy box from the Heart Candy set on the panel and then used the Cut-Align to cut out the window portion. I colored it using Copic Markers. I placed some heart sequins in a cellophane bag and added behind the window and adhered the panel to the card base

Monster Love

It's a new year and time for new challenges at Happy Little Stampers. I am on two of their DT's and first up is the January CAS challenge

Where is the washi tape on my card?
look closely at the balloon, I covered a piece of cardstock with this two different washi tapes, both are gold and one has the little hearts and the other has the word love over and over and then cut it out with the Monster Love dies
The cute stamp set I used is by Concord & 9th from their December release "Monster Love"
