Bright Sunflowers

 

Sorry for the late post. Today is my birthday and I didn't realize that the hubs had things planned  and I was away from the computer all day.

I have found another favorite from Biblical Impressions, This image is fun to color and even though sunflowers are typically yellow, I had fun with this stamp,  35801 - Med Sunflower and made a bright note card set for a gift.

This is a unique opening card with two pieces of cardstock. The inside of mine says " Her children arise and call her blessed, her husband also, and he praises her- Proverbs 31:28"

When I ran across this stamp, 21301 Iris  at Eureka, I just had to get it. Iris' were one of my Mom's favorite flowers. This beauty is fun to color and so versatile. You can use it for Mother's day, Birthday, Thinking of you and even Sympathy.

I don't have a "green" card to share with you today but I hope you have a wonderful day! 

I needed to build up my baby card stash and Biblical Impressions has some of the cutest stamps to make baby cards. I used 30208 - Bundle for my card. Just because their name is Biblical Impressions doesn't mean all they offer is religious stamps (they are some good ones of those) , there are so many others you should check them out.

Thanks for joining the new release hop. I am sharing this beautiful Morning Glory digi. Our challenge this week is Inspired By Green. Well I was inspired by being green and recycling. The ribbon on my card is off of a Christmas package and the buttons are off an old sweater. Of course I had to add a touch of the color green as well.

Happy Saturday!

Today I am sharing some inspiration from Eureka Stamps.  I love this background Stamp  32401 Names Background and with Easter coming it makes a great Easter card. I stamped the entire image which is 4 X 4.75 but then used  a Spellbinders die and cut it to a smaller image, then sponged the entire image while it was still in the die. I then inked the edges to give it a more aged look. Added a border with my new border punch from EK Sucess and finished it off with some vintage ribbon.

for my card I used the digi set Every Day Miracles, I printed the butterfly and the sentiment directly on my design papers and colored the butterfly with Copic markers
