Wait On The Lord

Our challenge this week at Sentimental Sundays is Encouragement & Support. I have a friend whose son needs a bone marrow transplant and has not been able to find a match yet. She has been so strong throughout the whole process and I know that her strength comes from God., but she is also so tired. I prayed over and sent this card to her.

A Belli Sketch With A Creative Twist

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!
My card share today is for the Creative Belli challenge where we have a sketch for you to try, with a twist, the twist being Patriotic. I used a digi from Deedee's Digi's a new kid on the Digi block. No design paper just cardstock and a cuttlebug folder. Once I embossed the stars, I sanded them to make them stand out and of course the red, white, and blue for patriotic.

New Releases At Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps

Korin, owner of Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps has released 4 NEW sets and this is one of them Psalm 23, this is a great encouragement set. This verse has always had special meaning but this stamp just puts in all in perspective. In case you have not heard the news Korin is bringing back clear stamps and will be releasing 1 to 4 stamps a week. You can collect them a little at a time and not have to buy all at once.

When I received my new Unity Stampin Store Kit for June then I knew what sentiment I wanted to use. I just love this quote from Mother Teresa.

This weeks challenge at KL Stampin 'N Scrappin is  LET'S GET SHABBY. I love shabby chic/vintage cards. For my card I used Sara Kay -Lucy And Kitty and gave it that shabby vintage touch by adding lace trim, with a little tearing and lots of inking

Guiding Light

This week at Paper Maniac we have been sharing Father's Day cards. I hope you have gotten lots of inspiration from the Design Team. My card share with you uses the Flourishes set A Guiding Light, a great masculine set. The sentiment from this set that I used is so true I love it.

Happy News

I have been waiting to share some happy news with you, I have been asked to serve on Deedee's very first DT! Woo Hoo!!
Due to home finances Deedee Anderson who use to illustrate for Sweet 'n Sassy stamps has started her own Digital stamp store Deedee's Digis. She also has a challenge every Monday on Crafting With Deedee's Digis you can join in on the fun.
Our official kickoff will be July 1st on Crafters Digital Art Center, unfortunately I will not be there because of my mission trip but Deedee has lots of fun and inspiration for you to join in.

Summer Birds

Good Friday Morning!
 I am still traveling should arrive sometime late tonight. My card share with you today uses a QKR Stampede stamp New Family, This stamp would make a great card to give someone for moving, housewarming or could even be for a baby new addition card. Other supplies I used are October Afternoon paper and Labels 4 Nesties. The ribbon and flower are from my stash.

Tee-riffic Dad

Good Thursday Morning! It's time for another sweet n; Sassy Digi day at our PCP and SNR groups. I was supposed to be hostess over at PCP today, but I had a last minute chance to do a mission trip so that is where I am. I am currently traveling to get there and once there not sure how much Internet access I will have but I have plenty lined up for you while I am gone. Korin being the sweet person she is posted for me today on PCP.
My card for today's challenge uses a set Golf Tee drawn  by Korin's 10yr old son Aidan. he has his Mom's talent. The inside sentiment " Happy Father's Day To One Tee-rific Dad" is from the Golf Sentiments set.

Purple Poppies

Purple poppies? I love this new clear stamp set Poppies & Greetings from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, the butterfly is from the new clear set Everyday Miracles.
