Paper Maniac Blog Hop
Unity Stamps 100% Happy store kit, Copic markers
Good Morning!
Paper Maniac Store will be opening on September 1st and will be offering a line of cardmaking kits that will be available in two options. The first, Almost Done, will include all the pre-cut pieces and embellishments to put together eight cards. These will be high-quality, well-designed cards with lots of layers, mats, patterned paper, cardstock, dry embossing, layers shaped by nesties, ribbons, bling and what have you. Complete directions will be provided for assembly. The only part open to interpretation will be the focal point and the sentiment(s). Each card will include a pre-cut piece of premium white or cream cardstock suitable for stamping and/or coloring OR non-stamp alternatives will be suggested for those that prefer not to stamp. Most of the cards will be A2 size, but the occasional square or special shape will find its way into the box. Kits will be packaged in 8” square boxes lined in blue tissue matching the logo. I have gotten many questions about how to make layered cards, or comments about how they would like to make cards like that but don’t have time. Now there will be no more excuses.
The second option will be called Make It Your Own and will include the same materials as in the Almost Done kit, but nothing will be precut. In other words, you get cardstock, patterned paper, envelopes and all the embellies, but you get to decide how to put it together. In most cases patterned paper will be double sided to increase the options.
Paper Maniac is also selling Unity Store Kits. My card uses a stamp from the August kit 100% Happy. We are happy to announce a fantastic opportunity for you to get this kit as well as future Unity Kit of the Months with our fantastic AUTOSHIP option. What makes Paper Maniac's autoship option different and wonderful? There are three main reasons why:- You will receive each Unity KOTM at 20% off the retail price of $45.00. That’s $36.00 and shipping will be $4.00. (International shipping will be actual cost minus $4.00).
- If we get 20 people to sign up for the autoship feature, a randomly selected person from those who have subscriptions will be chosen EACH MONTH to receive a FREE kit. *** (Update: we are already halfway to the magic number!)
- No need to order each kit every month, which means more time for actual papercrafting!
Remember the Store opens on September st and from the 1st - 6th you can get 15% off your entire purchase by using the coupon code Grand15. Your next stop on the hop is Cindy Coutts she has something beautiful to show you. In case you get lost in the shuffle here is the blog hp lineup

Sweet 'n Sassy Scripture Blog Hop Final Day
I came to know Christ as my personal Savior when I was 11 years old, but of course like many, as I grew older, I became farther away from Jesus. When I was 27 my Father passed away and it was then that I realized how much I needed my heavenly Father. I am so thankful for God's grace if it were not for His grace I do not know where I would be today. My relationship with Jesus Christ has grown stronger everyday since then, as I trust him to guide me through this life.
Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus? If not is is as simple as A-B-C. All you have to do is:
A-admit you are a sinner, B-Believe in Jesus and that He died for your sins, C- Confess your sins and commit to allow Jesus to be boss of your life. It's just that simple but if you need someone to talk to please feel free to email me and I will be so happy to pray with you. And the coolest thing about it all is that you do not have to clean up your act to allow Jesus to come into your heart. He loves you no matter what, just the way you are, and if you were the only person on earth He still would die for YOU!

Sweet 'n Sassy Scripture Blog Hop Day 2
Today is day 2 of the Sweet 'n Sassy Scripture Hop. I pray you are being blessed by God's word and the DT creations so far. Today you will start with Sandy and follow the schedule. My card today uses the sets Rejoice In The Lord, and the butterfly is from the set In His Time. I used stazon ink and stamped the image on acetate and the attached it to a stamped image I had stamped with bamboo. Sometimes life gets us so down that it is hard for us to rejoice, but our God loves us so much and takes care of us and if we just stop and think about it, we will see we have so much to rejoice over. God is good ALL the time!
Enjoy your hop and I will see ya tomorrow

Did Someone Say Chocolate !?!
Thanks for stopping by, this late night card is one made for a new challenge blog Stampin' Sisters In Christ. They have a new challenge along with some scripture to read each Sunday for you. This weeks challenge is the inaugural challenge and the scripture for this week is John 6:25-59.
Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." John 6:35 (NIV) with that verse in mind the challenge is to make a card using some type of food. Well what is a girls favorite food? did I hear Chocolate!?!
The stamp set I used for my card is Sweet 'n Sassy's Chocoholic which is on Sale for 11.25 Woo Hoo! I colored the chocolate candy with my Copic markers then added liquid glass and stickles to give it a "real" look. This card also qualifies for Stamp Something's challenge this week which is Birthday Somethings. My card also qualifies for Cupcake Craft where it's their 1St birthday and their challenge is something sweet.

Leave Me Smiling
My card this evening shares another new digi stamp from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps "Leave Me Smiling" a set drawn by our very own Deedee. This bear is so cute and easy to color I used my Copic markers for my coloring. There are several cute sentiments to go along with him. The papers I used are some Barb sent me not sure what brand they are but I loved how they went with this image. The sketch is this weeks sketch from Friday Sketchers.
