Paper Maniac Blog Hop

Supplies: Bazzill card stock, Jillibean Soup design papers,
Unity Stamps 100% Happy store kit, Copic markers

Good Morning!
Today is the inaugural blog hop for Paper Maniac, The DT has some great cards in store for you! You should have arrived here via Ann's blog if you didn't you will want to go back to the Paper Maniac Store Blog and start there. You will want to visit each DT members blog and leave a comment so you will have a chance to win the FABULOUS blog candy that Patti (Store Owner) is giving away. You will also need to leave a comment on PM Blog. The blog candy ends on Sept. 6th and a random winner will be chosen and announced on the PM blog on the 7th.
Paper Maniac Blog Candy

Paper Maniac Store will be opening on September 1st and will be offering a line of cardmaking kits that will be available in two options. The first, Almost Done, will include all the pre-cut pieces and embellishments to put together eight cards. These will be high-quality, well-designed cards with lots of layers, mats, patterned paper, cardstock, dry embossing, layers shaped by nesties, ribbons, bling and what have you. Complete directions will be provided for assembly. The only part open to interpretation will be the focal point and the sentiment(s). Each card will include a pre-cut piece of premium white or cream cardstock suitable for stamping and/or coloring OR non-stamp alternatives will be suggested for those that prefer not to stamp. Most of the cards will be A2 size, but the occasional square or special shape will find its way into the box. Kits will be packaged in 8” square boxes lined in blue tissue matching the logo. I have gotten many questions about how to make layered cards, or comments about how they would like to make cards like that but don’t have time. Now there will be no more excuses.

The second option will be called Make It Your Own and will include the same materials as in the Almost Done kit, but nothing will be precut. In other words, you get cardstock, patterned paper, envelopes and all the embellies, but you get to decide how to put it together. In most cases patterned paper will be double sided to increase the options.
Paper Maniac is also selling Unity Store Kits. My card uses a stamp from the August kit 100% Happy. We are happy to announce a fantastic opportunity for you to get this kit as well as future Unity Kit of the Months with our fantastic AUTOSHIP option. What makes Paper Maniac's autoship option different and wonderful? There are three main reasons why:
  1. You will receive each Unity KOTM at 20% off the retail price of $45.00. That’s $36.00 and shipping will be $4.00. (International shipping will be actual cost minus $4.00).
  2. If we get 20 people to sign up for the autoship feature, a randomly selected person from those who have subscriptions will be chosen EACH MONTH to receive a FREE kit. *** (Update: we are already halfway to the magic number!)
  3. No need to order each kit every month, which means more time for actual papercrafting!
***A few other details – if you sign up for autoship, you can skip a shipment once in a six month period if you notify us by the first of the month. If you are the lucky recipient of a free kit one month, your name will be taken off the prize eligibility list for the next two months to give someone else a chance to win.

Remember the Store opens on September st and from the 1st - 6th you can get 15% off your entire purchase by using the coupon code Grand15. Your next stop on the hop is Cindy Coutts she has something beautiful to show you. In case you get lost in the shuffle here is the blog hp lineup

Hi there !
This is a really late post, I have been so busy the last couple days that I have not had time to even tell you about the New DT position I got with Paper Maniac, the new kid on the stamping block. I thought that I would post a copy of the grand opening ad and tell you about our first Blog Hop tomorrow, you will not want to miss out.

See Ya tomorrow!

Sweet Stop #19

Good Morning Stampers!
Its Saturday and time for a new Sweet Stop sketch challenge. We just finished our August Blog hop where we featured God's word or our cards and projects. Well I could not stop I just had to make one more card using God's word. I have some friends who are going through some tough times right now and I wanted to send her some encouragement. God has a purpose for everything. We do not always know Gods thoughts, the bible tells us that; His thoughts are higher than our thoughts and His ways are not our ways. Some things we will just not know the reason why until we get to heaven but everything has a purpose.
I used the" Encouragement" set to make my card and the new paper Moravia from S.E.I. I just love the colors in it.
To play along simply make a card using this weeks sketch and post a comment at The Sweet Stop with a link to your card. Remember to link to us so more can play along. If you post to an online gallery please use the keyword SSS19.

Sweet 'n Sassy Scripture Blog Hop Final Day

Hi There!
You should have made your way here from Belinda's blog if you didn't you will want to go back and start with Deedee and follow along, so you won't miss any of the DT's beautiful work. I hope you have enjoyed this Scripture hop. I sure have, I pray that God spoke a word to each of you through our cards and projects. I am blessed to be a part of a company that exalts God through paper crafting.

Well I promised you a surprise so here it is.

A little book to help you out with your witnessing. I used several of our sets for this book. I titled the book Hope because if it were not for Christ we would have no hope at all. Hope is from the set "Encouragement." The cross is from the set "Elegant Blessings" which is currently sold out, sorry! The remaining scripture is from the main set I used "Romans Road" It has great scripture you can use to lead someone to Christ.
I came to know Christ as my personal Savior when I was 11 years old, but of course like many, as I grew older, I became farther away from Jesus. When I was 27 my Father passed away and it was then that I realized how much I needed my heavenly Father. I am so thankful for God's grace if it were not for His grace I do not know where I would be today. My relationship with Jesus Christ has grown stronger everyday since then, as I trust him to guide me through this life.
Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus? If not is is as simple as A-B-C. All you have to do is:
A-admit you are a sinner, B-Believe in Jesus and that He died for your sins, C- Confess your sins and commit to allow Jesus to be boss of your life. It's just that simple but if you need someone to talk to please feel free to email me and I will be so happy to pray with you. And the coolest thing about it all is that you do not have to clean up your act to allow Jesus to come into your heart. He loves you no matter what, just the way you are, and if you were the only person on earth He still would die for YOU!

Now hop on over to Shannon's blog she has a beautiful creation to share with you
Blessings!

Sweet 'n Sassy Scripture Blog Hop Day 2

Good Morning!
Today is day 2 of the Sweet 'n Sassy Scripture Hop. I pray you are being blessed by God's word and the DT creations so far. Today you will start with Sandy and follow the schedule. My card today uses the sets Rejoice In The Lord, and the butterfly is from the set In His Time. I used stazon ink and stamped the image on acetate and the attached it to a stamped image I had stamped with bamboo. Sometimes life gets us so down that it is hard for us to rejoice, but our God loves us so much and takes care of us and if we just stop and think about it, we will see we have so much to rejoice over. God is good ALL the time!
Enjoy your hop and I will see ya tomorrow

Sweet 'n Sassy Blog Hop Day 1

Hi There!
I know it is late in the day but I wanted to remind you about the Sweet 'n Sassy scripture Blog Hop. Over the next three days the DT will be sharing God's word through scripture stamps offered by SNSS. The schedule for you to follow is on my side bar so make sure you get some sweet inspiration by strolling through the DT blogs. My day is not officially until Friday but I will have a card to share with you all three days and on Friday I will have something special :) so please stop back by!
My card share today uses the set Jesus Cares one of my favorite scripture sets and one I use over and over to encourage those I love.

‘Your Next Stamp 1st Design Team Call’

Hi There and thanks for stopping by!
As you see by the name of my post I thought I would make a couple cards to enter this design call. They have cute images to color and I love to color so there ya go. You were to show two cards in this post of your best work and since I could not decide which two I liked I decided to make two more.

My first card is a cute little Sugar Nellie stamp, "Windswept" and since she was windswept I decided to make my card distressed. I sponged around the edges of the image, and sanded the edges of the design paper. The sketch I used for this card is this week's sketch challenge at Papertake Weekly.
My second card uses a Sneak Peek of one of this weeks new digi stamp from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps. I love this sweet little squirrel and his sunflower. This set comes with other sentiments but this one if my favorite! This sketch is this weeks sketch challenge at A Spoon Full Of Sugar. Hope you have enjoyed these two. I will be back in a few with a post for the Sweet 'n Sassy blog hop.

Did Someone Say Chocolate !?!

Hi There!
Thanks for stopping by, this late night card is one made for a new challenge blog Stampin' Sisters In Christ. They have a new challenge along with some scripture to read each Sunday for you. This weeks challenge is the inaugural challenge and the scripture for this week is John 6:25-59.

Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." John 6:35 (NIV) with that verse in mind the challenge is to make a card using some type of food. Well what is a girls favorite food? did I hear Chocolate!?!
The stamp set I used for my card is Sweet 'n Sassy's Chocoholic which is on Sale for 11.25 Woo Hoo! I colored the chocolate candy with my Copic markers then added liquid glass and stickles to give it a "real" look. This card also qualifies for Stamp Something's challenge this week which is Birthday Somethings. My card also qualifies for Cupcake Craft where it's their 1St birthday and their challenge is something sweet.

Thanks for looking!

Friendship Blossoms

Hi there, Thanks for stopping by!
My card tonight shares one of my favorite new releases from Sherrod Studio "Friendship Blossoms". I just love this saying it makes a perfect card to give a great friend. The daisy's are also a part of this set. I just stamped them, colored them in with my Copic markers and cut them out and added pop dots to give dimension. The paper is K&Co. This card was made for a new challenge blog for a new stamp company La~la Land Crafts where their challenge is "FLOWER POWER" and I think my card qualifies :)

Have a great night!

Belli Challenge # 71 Water Based Markers

Our belli challenge for this week is Water Based Markers~ No Copics! Let me tell you this was one hard challenge for me. After using Copic markers for over a year now; when I broke out my CTMH markers and started coloring I messed up like 4 images trying to get it where I was half way pleased. This challenge made me see how great Copic markers are for blending.
This week Kathy from Peachy Keen stamps is sponsoring us, and a randomly chosen winner will receive a $25.00 gift certificate to spend in their store! how cool is that!?!
To play along create a card or project using Water Based Markers and upload it to your blog, go to Creative Belli Blog and leave a direct link to your post using Mr. Linky. If you upload to a online gallery please use keyword CBC72 so we can find it.

This set comes with 5 sentiments and is on sale for $3.00 and you can play as soon as you pay with it being a digital stamp. I made this card for the 3-2-1 challenge at Stamptacular Sunday.
