Stained Glass Butterfly

I have one more post for you today, I needed a birthday card for a friend so I decided to play along in the Colour Me challenge

To make this card I started with a white card base A2 size and then cut a sheet of Irresistibly Yours DSP (which you can earn free with a $50 order) the same size. I choose the dotted pattern and sponged Rich Razzelberry, Daffodil Delight, Tangelo Twist and Island Indigo in splotches all over it. I took a slightly smaller sized white panel and cut out the butterfly, placed it on top of my sponged panel and then placed my diet butterfly back in the space where is was cut from. This gave the butterfly a stained glass look.
