  It's time for another Inky Impressions challenge and this week is Make It Girlie.

What makes a card more girlie than flowers, bling, and ruffled ribbon. I used
Stampalicious LiLi because what is more girlie than stamping? well some men stamp also but it is so much fun to get together with a bunch of girls and stamp!
