Sweet 'n Sassy August Release Hop

(I have multiple posts today so please scroll down for the Loves Rubberstamps and the Meljen's posts)

Welcome to our August New Release Blog Hop. As you hop along you will see some amazing work by the Design Diva's and I am excited to say that I have joined the SNSS DT full time again! We have 8 awesome sets being released and they are available for pre-order in the Sweet 'n Sassy store!
here they are

You should have arrived here via Kim's blog, if not you will want to go back at start at the Sweet 'n Sassy blog so you won't miss any of the beautiful inspiration the diva's have to show you.

The full list of stops is below.  If you happen to get lost along the way or have any link problems, etc... just jump back here to get to the next stop.

                          Ceal Pritchett  <---You are here
Now for my cards

For this card I made Faux Washi Tape  tape by placing 1" score tape on copy paper and then stamping the dotted pattern from the Grunge Borders set. This set is a great set to do that with. I also love the Chevron in that set. The sentiment is from the Vintage Postcard set which is a favorite of mine.

This card uses another cute Rhubarb set Back To School Rhubarb. I colored him up using Copic markers and sponged around to give it a more vintage look to match the design paper.

Your next stop is Giovana, make sure to leave a comment on all the Diva's blogs because one random commenter on a random DT member's blog will win two sets of their choice from the release ( you must comment by 8:00 PM EST today).

wait there's one more thing ....

We are using the same format as July so stop by SplitCoast Stampers for our Virtual Stamp Day. We will get started at 10AM EST and a new challenge will be posted every two hours. You will want to play along so you will have a chance to win a prize. here is the info:
There will be 3 winners from the challenge players (all of the challenges lumped into one, so the more challenges you play in the more chances you get to win) will win a $20 credit to the store.
