Sentimental Sundays meets OWH

Happy Sunday!
This week is a special one at Sentimental Sundays.  This week, we're celebrating with Operation Write Home for their birthday bash. This is dear to me because my daughter is an Airman stationed in Germany and will not be able to come home for Christmas.
Operation Write Home is an organization that sends blank handmade greeting cards for all occasions to deployed service members to write home on. They’ve mailed approximately 500,000 cards so far—and are still going strong! Our challenge to you is to make cards to send to them for our nation’s heroes. You can find all the deets on the Sentimental Sundays Challenge blog or Operation Write Home
My card is a simple and quick made with Kraft cardstock and Basic Grey Wassil papers. I added some twine to give it that warm homey feel.
Remember to link your card to Sentimental Sundays and while you are there pick up your freebies. If you post to an online gallery please use keyword sentimentalsundays20.

  1. Fabulous card! I love the clean look. The twine is the perfect touch.
